He Knows You!

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and   they follow Me;”  John 10:27

Do you ever feel like you are useless to God?     Do you think He saved you, yet you are not important to Him? If Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of your   life, you need not fear. Jesus is the Good Shepherd (John 10:11), and He knows His sheep. In John chapter 6 Jesus says four times the Father gives believers to His Son.

”All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never cast out.” John 6:37

“Now this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of  all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.” John 6:39

“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the    last day.” John 6:44

“For Jesus knew from the beginning who they       were who did not believe, and who it was that would betray Him. And He was saying, “For this reason I have said to you, that no one can come  to Me unless it has been granted him from the Father.” John 6:64-65

Christian, this should bring you such peace knowing that God the Father has given you to the Son and nothing can separate you from the love and care of the Father. “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish—ever; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of  the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” John 10:27-30.

Never forget you are sheep of His flock and He knows your name.
